Starting a business is never easy, but people still do it every day. The restaurant business is statically proven to be one of the toughest businesses to keep going. There is a restaurant down the street that changes owners about every two years. One fails, someone with a lot of money and big dreams moves in, thinking their cooking and business strategy is better. When the money runs out, they move out and someone else moves in. This pattern has been going on for about twenty years now, that I know of. Who knows, maybe even longer.
The thing is that turkey meat often taste the same if not better than most Burger meat out there. Ironically, it comes with zero of the negative side effects of normal meat. It is much lower on fat than normal meat products and is a much higher source of protein as well. This is why it is crazy that most people overlook turkey meat and stick to high fattening Burger restaurant meat.
The first thing you need to do is find out what ingredients go on your burger. You can find out that information on the internet. If they claim that something in their recipe is a secret, chances are, with a little digging you are going to find it. Most of the time the big secret is you can buy it on any grocery shelf. Once you know what it is you need, it’s just a matter of figuring out how they put the darn thing together.
High Salt content: Do you have any idea how much salt is used in this type of food? The recommended daily sodium intake for an adult is 1500 to 2400mg. A large-sized burger meal from any one of the fast food restaurant chains can contain 1330mg of sodium per meal. That is from one meal! By the end of the day imagine how hard your Liver has to work to excrete the excess sodium.
In addition to the interactive Paleo Screens, Discovery Creek, Discovery Dig and Paleo Zone, there is a gift shop where you can pick up clothing, educational toys or build your own dino at Build-A-Dino from the Build-A-Bear Workshop. This is truly so much more than a Burger restaurant. It’s an adventure that long after the meal is over, the memories linger.
Do I sound disappointed? Do I sound like I’m sitting in a box of self pity? Oh woe is me, they FULLY cooked my burger. Oh woe is me, the beer is good and the steak fries have the perfect crispness on the outside and mashy-goodness on the inside. The quality at Sonora Brewhouse is what I expect at any of the big box chain restaurants like Gordon Biersch, but never get. The problem here is that they can be so much more. Food + Ambiance (personality) = Greatness. Sonora Brewhouse is missing the heart.
If you are using a card that you punch, ensure the punch is hard to duplicate and has something to do with your business. Look in the yellow pages for punch manufacturers.
